Most Demand Supply Organizations (DSO) have insufficient knowledge and experience available, while professional suppliers must do the work. Quint helps by staffing the Demand Supply Organization on a temporary basis with experienced staff. The goal is to transition the required knowledge and competencies to the existing Demand Supply Organization. Besides taking care of their own tasks, the Quint consultants will coach the employees on-site. Where needed, Quint will assist in the hiring of new employees.
